Cat Adoption

I know you'll be very pleased with your adoption selection. Just so you are sure
as well, I provide a 3 day inspection satisfaction guarentee. Questions about layaways

1) I want to Adopt !! - How do I pay?

Since I do not have my own merchant account, I have chosen to use the services
of Escrow.com and found their services will serve you and I best. They act as a "trustee"
by holding your funds until you receive and inspect your newly adopted family member!.

Their escrow fee is 6% of the purchase total when buyers elects to pay by credit card
( Visa Mastercard AMX ) or 3% if you deposit with them using a check / money order or wire transfer.
( $10.00 additional for wire ) - Escrow.com's minimum charge is $18.00 when using a credit card. ( $15.00 for checks )

I will pay 50% of the total escrow fee for your accepted adoptee.
[i.e. $500 Sculpture + $35 shipping / Escrow fee ( on credit card ) = $32.10 )
We would each pay : $16.05 . Escrow.com would require your payment of : $551.05 USD ]

Thus you can expect that the "adoption papers", packing, shipping and escrow services should total
around an additional 10% above the price of the sculpture. Escrow.com uses the UPS tracking number
to confirm delivery. Buyer and seller alike have complete time-stamped history transaction tracking
for the entire transaction showing confirmations made and emails sent.

Your first step is to set up a profile with escrow.com and initiate the transaction
identifying yourself as "the buyer" and identifying me as "the seller".

Once they receive payment, I am instructed to "Go Ahead and Ship " Your Cat!
If you want to send me an email prior to paying Escrow.com feel free to advise me.
Escrow.com will release your funds to my account after the 3rd day from your taking delivery.

Please use the Cat's name as the item reference.

Can I just send you a check?

Yes of course. You may send either a check or money order. I will fully honor the 3 day inspection
period upon delivery of your cat the same as if you were to use the Escrow.com service.

I will ship your Cat as soon as your payment has cleared the banking system.
You will receive an email with the tracking number when shipped.

Cat Return Policy

If you return your Cat for whatever reason you must notify Escrow.com of your intent within 3 days
of taking delivery. In such an instance you will be responsible to cover the full Escrow.com service fee
and my shipping charges ( sorry ). These amounts are deducted from your funds on "trust deposit".
When I notify Escrow.com of the Cat's safe return, they will process the refund as specified above.
[ The Cat needs to be re-shipped within 5 days of a return notification - You agree to fully insure it as well]

Note : Once the 3 day inspection period is over your adoption is considered fully complete! ( no refunds ).

Do the Cat's have life insurance while in transit ?

What is the general delivery time ?

The shipping charges stated for your cat are for standard ground service within the USA.

I will get you a shipping cost price adjustment for the service.

Can I place a Cat on layaway ?

Yes, I am flexible..if you like one but will need a little time to make full payment
a mimimum of $150 .00 is required to hold it for you. The cat will not be available for adoption
to anyone else for 60 days. Should I receive a request to adopt a layaway cat after the 60 days,
you will receive a 7 day email notice in which time you must send in your outstanding balance.
If payment is not received within the 7 days, I will snail mail your full layaway deposit refund within 48 hours.

[All Christmas planned layaways must be complete by November 1 and no layaway's are accepted
between October 25 - Jan 1 ]

I want to have my own Special Custom Cat. How does this work?

For large cats I require a minimum of $200.00 deposit or 40% ( whichever is more ) of the total cost quote.
Small and medium size cat require a $125.00 deposit. We will go over the cat theme / position together as well as your
primary colors. I will arrange to post 2 progress photos of your cat to this website for your personal
viewing. One demostrating the initial size, form and position, and one photo displaying a sampling of
applied color(s) and pattern.

This will allow you to send me an email with any adjustment suggestion prior to it's completion.
Because of the custom nature of this work and your input, please allow 4-6 weeks for large cats, and
2-3 weeks for small and medium size cats. To start this process Send me your vision!
